Product4u is an independently operated digital products store, run by a single creator. We design, build, test, and sell digital templates, spreadsheets, design assets, and related digital tools. We are not a corporation, agency, or marketplace platform — purchases are made directly with the individual operating this store.
All products sold on Product4u are digital products delivered electronically — including but not limited to website templates, spreadsheets, Notion templates, Canva templates, digital planners, AI prompt packs, printable art, wedding stationery, online courses, and business document templates. No physical goods are shipped.
Product descriptions, previews, and demo pages are provided to give an accurate representation of each product. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, minor variations between previews and final files may occur as products are refined and improved over time.
Product4u currently processes orders via direct email rather than an automated checkout system. When you click "Buy via Email" on any product, your email client opens with a pre-filled message. After you send this email, we respond with payment instructions.
Current stage notice: Product4u is in an early, actively developed stage. As explained on our homepage, we are testing on a free hosting platform and do not yet have an automated payment checkout built into the site. All purchases are currently completed manually via email. This will not affect the quality or delivery of what you purchase.
Once your payment is confirmed, we aim to deliver your purchased files within 24 hours, typically much sooner. Delivery is made via email, in the form of a downloadable file, a shared template link (such as Notion or Canva), or a Google Sheets link, depending on the product type.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address and to check your spam or promotions folder if a delivery email does not arrive within the expected timeframe. If you do not receive your product within 48 hours of payment, please contact us immediately.
When you purchase a product from Product4u, you are granted a personal and limited commercial use license. This means:

All designs, code, layouts, written content, and branding on this website and within our products remain the intellectual property of Product4u and its creator, except where you have purchased a license as described in Section 6. Purchasing a product transfers a usage license to you — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property.
Our shop and demo pages display products marked as "Available Now" and "Coming Soon." Only products marked "Available Now" can currently be purchased and delivered. Products marked "Coming Soon" are in active development, and clicking "Notify Me" simply registers your interest — it does not constitute a purchase, order, or payment obligation of any kind.
Estimated prices shown for "Coming Soon" products may change before final release.
Our products are provided "as is." While we test every product before listing it for sale, we do not guarantee that any product will be completely free of errors, perfectly suited to every use case, or compatible with every device, browser, or software version. Website templates, for example, are tested on modern browsers but may not render identically on outdated software.
We make no warranty that using our products will result in any specific business outcome, such as increased sales, traffic, or revenue.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Product4u and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any product purchased from it. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.

Many of our products are designed to work with free third-party tools — such as Canva, Notion, Google Sheets, or a static website hosting platform of your choice. We do not control these third-party platforms, their pricing, their availability, or any changes they make to their free plans. We are not responsible for any disruption to your use of our products caused by changes made by these third-party services.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time as our products, services, or business model evolve. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
